I called Pedro Robin mid September 2022 and talked about my intention to sell my condo in the Cinco Deciembre area Puerto Vallarta. Within a week he emailed me the projected selling price of the condo with a detailed spreadsheet of the competitive market analysis, closing costs ,sales commissions and estimated tax payable to the Mexican government and most importantly the net income. They worked with a Mexican Tax attorney who will take care of the tax in Mexico. I was happy with the number and proceeded to meet with him to sign the agreement on mid October 2022. They hired a handyman to do some minor repairs on the condo. They even sent a computer technician to fix the computer which was included on the sales . The listing was out in November. Pedro keeps me informed on each prospective buyer. By early December we had an offer. Pedro guided me through the whole process until the closing day. Two days after I signed the closing papers the money was wired to my bank account in US. I am grateful with Pedro and his team's attentive service to make the selling of my condo a success.
